galvanized wire
Galvanized wire(Galvanized steel wire, galvanized iron wire, G.I wire) is devided into hot-dip galvanized wire and electro galvanized wire in terms of galvanization method; The most common method is hot-dip galvanizing, in which the wire is submerged in a bath of molten zinc. Normally Hot-dip galvanized wire has two grades in zinc layer thickness: regular coating and Heavy coating.
Compared with electro galvanization, hot-dip galvanization deposits not only a thicker zinc layer, but also a robust layer of zinc iron alloys on the surface of iron wire, which improve the ability of corrosion prevention of iron wire.
